At Nutshell Stores, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
